Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Therapy Organizer ("we", "us", "our"), a service that provisions and hosts a private booking website (Therapy Organizer) for your studio or business. By placing an order or using our service you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

When you complete checkout we provision a private instance of Therapy Organizer for you, including a public booking site, an admin dashboard, and login credentials sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your admin credentials secure and for the accuracy of the content, prices, services, and business information you publish on your site.

Your account and content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, service descriptions, pricing, and client data collected through your booking site). You are responsible for complying with the law in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, data protection, and payment regulations that apply to your own business and your own clients.

Payments and billing

Plans are billed either as a one-time purchase or on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) as shown at checkout. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. If a recurring payment fails, we will try again and email you; if payment remains unresolved for an extended period we may temporarily suspend your site until payment is restored, without deleting your data. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates, or make improvements that cause brief interruptions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam, host unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our platform or other customers' sites.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after repeated notice.
